  • APC say di ruling come from one case wey aggrieved ADC officers file and deny say dem get hand for di dispute.
  • APC urge ADC to appeal if dem no happy, instead of to dey blame di ruling party and di judiciary.

Di All Progressives Congress (APC) don tell di African Democratic Congress (ADC) to settle dia leadership fight instead of to dey blame di ruling party for one court judgment wey nullify di ADC leadership wey former Senate President David Mark lead.

Justice Peter Lifu of di Federal High Court for Abuja deliver di judgment on Thursday. According to Punch, di court hold say di Mark-led National Working Committee come out in one way wey break ADC constitution, di Electoral Act and di 1999 Constitution, after former national chairman Ralph Nwosu resign.

Di court also cancel decisions wey dat leadership take, including dia planned 2027 presidential primary, wey produce former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as dia candidate, Punch report. E direct di Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) make e no recognise those decisions.

Wetin APC dey talk

For one statement on Friday, APC National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka talk say aggrieved ADC national officers bring di case and e no get anything to do with di ruling party.

"A party wey no fit fix itself no fit fix Africa's most important country," Morka talk.

He also allege say dem do di Mark-led takeover to push Atiku Abubakar presidential ambition, in breach of ADC internal democracy. APC advise ADC to go on appeal if e no agree with di judgment, instead of to attack di ruling party or make statements wey fit cause trouble.
