Three Nigerian players were on the scoresheet in Europe over the weekend, with Kelechi Iheanacho's run in front of goal showing no sign of slowing.
Iheanacho found the net for the 12th match in a row as Bursaspor beat Keçiörengücü 4-2 on Sunday. He struck Bursaspor's third goal five minutes after half-time.
The win took the Green Crocodiles to the top of the Turkish 1. Lig, Turkey's second division, and gave them a third league victory on the trot.

Bursaspor host Bandırmaspor in their next league game on Saturday, when Iheanacho will get another chance to extend the streak.
Awaziem's brace and Arokodare's winner
In the Turkish Super Lig, defender Chidozie Awaziem scored both goals in Konyaspor's 2-0 win over Gençlerbirliği.
He put the hosts ahead two minutes before the break. After the restart, Gençlerbirliği pressed for an equaliser but could not break through.
Awaziem sealed it 11 minutes into the second half, pouncing from close range after the visitors failed to clear a corner. The result ended Konyaspor's run of three league games without a win.
In the Netherlands, Tolu Arokodare scored the decisive goal as Ajax beat Sparta Rotterdam 2-1. The striker struck just before half-time to secure all three points for the former European champions.
Arokodare has nine goals and three assists in 14 games across all competitions this season.
For Nigerian fans, the weekend was a reminder of the attacking options available abroad, though club form does not always carry straight into national duty.
