CapitalSage Holdings, the Nigerian multi-sector business group, will mark ten years of operation this month with the opening of a new headquarters in Ibadan and a three-day exhibition open to the public.
The celebration, tagged “CapitalSage at 10: 10Xcellence”, runs from October 28 to 31, 2026, at CapitalSage House on Kenneth Dike, Secretariat Road, beside the Customs Office in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The official launch and headquarters opening holds on Wednesday, October 28, as a strictly by-invitation, closed event. The exhibition then runs from Thursday, October 29 to Saturday, October 31, opening daily from 10:00 a.m.
Oyo State Governor Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde is expected at the launch, according to the company, along with its brand ambassadors, business leaders, partners and other guests.
What visitors can expect
The exhibition is the part ordinary residents can walk into. The company says visitors will see product demonstrations, meet business representatives and get special offers and discounts. Free healthcare services will also be available, and prizes will be given out during the three days, including a car.
It is aimed at entrepreneurs, farmers, investors, professionals, customers and members of the public who want a practical look at what the group does.
Group Managing Director John Alamu said the anniversary was a chance to reflect on the company's growth and show the breadth of its work.
“CapitalSage at 10 is an opportunity to bring together the people, businesses and ideas that have shaped our journey and continue to inform our ambitions,” he said.
He added that the new building marks an important step in the group's growth, while the exhibition lets people see its solutions firsthand.
CapitalSage says it began in 2014 as a micro-lending operation with ₦100,000 in seed capital and was incorporated in 2016. It now operates in financial services and technology, agribusiness, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, transportation, e-commerce and healthcare.
Its financial arm covers digital payments, credit and lending, investment management and financial technology infrastructure. In agribusiness it handles production, commodity trading, processing and exports, while its manufacturing work includes food and beverage production and cocoa processing. The group says it supplies more than 30 export markets and operates across five global regions.
For Ibadan, the opening adds another corporate headquarters to the city and a free event for small business owners looking for suppliers, finance or health services.
